Role Summary: Globality is looking for a Customer Success Associate to help manage our enterprise client responsibilities (which are typically Fortune 500/Global 2000 corporations). The successful applicant will focus on clients' adoption of Globality and continued satisfaction across the lifecycle of Globality usage. You will be part of the Customer Success team and will be responsible to manage multiple client accounts at any given time. We are looking for a business development-oriented professional who values customer engagement, has a passion for digital transformation, and can build strong customer relationships.
