The position is responsible for communicating internally and externally to address escalated issues, complete basic data entry and weekly auditing functions. The incumbent’s responsibilities will require communication with California state agencies, clients, customers, and subcontractors, regarding confidential material and financial matters. The ideal candidate will have analytical and organizational skills, people skills, and the ability to communicate well in writing. The project is based in downtown Los Angeles and offers a flexible schedule with a mix of in-person and remote workdays (remote workdays will be coordinated with the manager). Review operations and financial records to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information. Audit subcontractor documents for compliance with service level agreements, performance standards, and contract requirements. Compare multiple sets of data to resolve discrepancies, adjust entries, generate reports, or communicate with other departments or external parties to resolve discrepancies. Use various software tools, such as spreadsheets, databases, operations, and accounting systems to perform their duties.
