About The Position

Zimperium is the world leader in AI-empowered mobile security, providing unparalleled protection for mobile applications and devices against evolving threats like mobile phishing, malware, app vulnerabilities, and zero-day attacks. As a Customer Success Analyst, you will collaborate with diverse teams to architect and implement Zimperium’s mobile security solutions, addressing complex cybersecurity challenges for clients to achieve business objectives and manage operational risk. This role leverages foundations in Engineering, Information Technology, and Business to design and implement Zimperium technologies that integrate with business-aligned cyber risk management programs. The position involves managing post-sale client relationships, including advising on technical design and configuration of Zimperium products, building and maintaining client relationships, managing product renewals, facilitating expansion opportunities, driving solution adoption and business value, managing escalations, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. A blend of client relationship experience and a strong technical background is essential for this role.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration with a technical focus).
  • Graduation Timeline: Must be a recent graduate or currently enrolled in a degree program graduating by June 2026.
  • Technical Foundations: Foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles, mobile devices, mobile app development, network architecture, IT operations or cyber risk management frameworks.
  • Communication: Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills essential to interacting with clients and teams.
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (or respective hiring country) without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client assignments (travel requirements vary by project and client needs).

  • Ability to identify, learn, understand, and implement new concepts, frameworks, and emerging technologies.
  • Relevant internship experience in consulting, cybersecurity or mobile app development.
  • Introductory certifications (e.g., Security+, Network+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) are a plus but not strictly required.

Responsibilities

  • Product & Domain Expertise - Demonstrate strong domain & functional understanding of Zimperium products and be a trusted advisor to Zimperium clients. This includes basic technical skills to understand architecture; being able to extract & interpret the underlying business data.
  • Client Onboarding - Assist Zimperium clients with deployment planning, leading practices, deployment approach and proactive management of risks to facilitate a smooth and agile rollout of Zimperium products.
  • Client Advocacy - Gather feedback about Zimperium products, mobile security use-cases and channel them effectively to drive new product capabilities.
  • Account management - Proactively assist with managing client relationships to ensure license renewals and facilitate expansion opportunities with sales teams.
  • Drive Product Adoption & Demonstrate Business Value - Drive the adoption of Zimperium’s products and assist the clients to realize the business value by mitigating mobile security threats with Zimperium’s technologies.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Risk Management - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and be a primary interface to manage risks and escalations.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams – Work closely with Zimperium’s Engineering and Product teams to increase your knowledge on mobile security threats and bring mobile security solutions to Zimperium clients.
  • Roll up your sleeves - Learn everything about Zimperium products and how it’s deployed to ensure you can have in-depth quality conversations with the customer.
