As a Customer Success Analyst, you will collaborate with diverse teams to architect and implement Zimperium’s mobile security solutions, addressing complex cybersecurity challenges for clients to achieve business objectives and manage operational risk. This role leverages foundations in Engineering, Information Technology, and Business to design and implement Zimperium technologies that integrate with business-aligned cyber risk management programs. The position involves managing post-sale client relationships, including advising on technical design and configuration of Zimperium products, building and maintaining client relationships, managing product renewals, facilitating expansion opportunities, driving solution adoption and business value, managing escalations, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. A blend of client relationship experience and a strong technical background is essential for this role.
