About The Position

We are looking for a Customer Success Analyst who will be responsible of providing the best experience for our customers. Job Description Responsible for every touchpoint at the customer journey, including every onboarding meeting, email, presentation, technology implementation, support tickets, new development requests, etc. Achieve the best conversion rate and lead time to turn PoC customers into paying customers. Ensure the delivery of high quality customer experience being part of the PoC tribe to guarantee the development of specific enhancements - quick wins that will help closing the deal. Leave record of every insight, pain point, meeting or customer information at Rombit´s CRM, that will allow other teams to get better knowledge of the customer. Hand weekly customer feedback to the product team. What we are looking for Already graduated from university. At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position with client facing, or project management roles. Team player that can wear multiple hats. Communication & persuasive skills. Aim for excellence analysis and attention to detail. A positive, self-motivated person who’s able to take direction and work within a team. Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform other teams to drive change. You anticipate the tech implications of commercial decisions. Key Qualifications Customer centric & empathize with customers needs. Commercial awareness of industry. Commercial & PM mindset. Requirements
