As a Customer Success Analyst, you will collaborate with diverse teams of leading professionals to architect and implement Zimperium’s mobile security solutions, addressing today’s toughest cybersecurity challenges to help clients achieve business objectives and manage operational risk. You will build on your foundations in Engineering, Information Technology, and Business to design and implement Zimperium technologies that integrate with business-aligned cyber risk management programs, processes, and solutions with strategy, risk, legal, and regulatory components. This role involves assisting with managing post-sale client relationships, including advising clients on technical design and configuration of Zimperium products, building and managing client relationships, managing product renewals, facilitating expansion opportunities, driving solution adoption & business value, managing escalations, and achieving overall customer satisfaction. The position requires a blend of client relationship experience and a strong technical background.
