Picus Security is looking for a seasoned, hardworking, and overachieving Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) with proven experience and a passion for executing value-driven security solutions. You will be responsible for retention and expansion of our platform capabilities within our Enterprise customer base. The CSAM will drive customer value and contribute to the overall sales team and business success. This position requires that the candidate be an industry subject matter expert with business acumen. The role will align with the Regional Sales VP, Technical Director, Product Management, as well as supporting roles in Channel, Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Success. The CSAM will work within our Customer Value Office and collaborate within the Sales organization to define solutions for Enterprise Customers while aligning with Partners to accelerate revenue and strategic growth initiatives. The position requires a seasoned Customer Success profile with a proven track record of revenue growth and team collaboration.
