About The Position

We are now seeking a Technical Customer Solution Manager specializing in mobile telecommunications 5G/4G Radio Access Network HW, and Site Solutions, to provide expertise in existing and future products and solutions. In this role, you will be guiding the roadmap requirements and aligning them with Ericsson strategic priorities, providing strong value argumentation, and interacting with the Commercial and Delivery organizations as part of the Core 3 team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or other relevant technical/science discipline.
  • Experience from Technical Pre-sales, Development, or Service Delivery (Post-sales), more than 7 years
  • Deep understanding of RAN HW platforms, classic Radio, M-MIMO, mmW, RAN compute.
  • Deep understanding of HW development process.
  • Deep understanding of new HW introduction process with major CSP's
  • Proven ability to translate Customer's operational and business requirements into actionable product features and solutions.
  • Domain experience: Experience in 5G/4G Radio Access Network, IP, and Cloud knowledge
  • Business Understanding
  • Team player with very good collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Be a part of a major CU Radio HW program with team and based in Ericsson office in Morristown, NJ; or Plano, TX.
  • Position Ericsson as a technology leader, communicate and discuss Ericsson's technology strategy and vision with customers across HQ and Markets
  • Ensure that customer feedback and requirements are effectively addressed by the different Product Lines
  • Provide sales support expertise, conduct in-depth technical discussions with customers
  • As a member of Core 3, provide sales support for specific deals, respond to RFx, propose solutions covering customer requirements, and present to internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, ensure the customer vision & strategy, including implications on Ericsson's technology and solutions, is communicated to those in need at the Business Unit and Product Development Unit
  • Secure timely delivery of customer's critical products and solutions following through the FOA process
  • Customer Engagement focusing on identifying business opportunities, creating value propositions, and engaging customers at an early stage to maximize market and sales
