About The Position

We’re looking for a safe, dependable driver who enjoys working with people to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in great customer service, has strong driving experience, and enjoys being part of a professional shop environment.

As our Customer Shuttle Driver, you’ll safely transport customers to and from the shop while representing our company with professionalism and friendliness. When you’re not shuttling customers, you’ll assist our team with light shop support tasks to help keep the day running smoothly.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• 7+ years of driving experience preferred
• Safe, dependable, and responsible driver
• Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
• Professional attitude and reliable work ethic
• Comfortable driving different types of vehicles (manual transmission a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
• Team-oriented with attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience is helpful but not required
• We value people who can adapt, think critically, and stay flexible as schedules and priorities shift throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the shop
• Provide a friendly, professional experience during every ride
• Plan efficient routes and manage timing throughout the day
• Represent our company with professionalism and courtesy
• Assist Service Advisors with daily workflow support
• Perform quality control (QC) checks before vehicles are delivered
• Move vehicles in and out of service bays
• Help maintain shop organization and cleanliness
• Support the team wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
