About The Position

When disaster strikes, people need someone to listen, guide, and support them. That someone could be you. As many of you are aware, a significant winter storm is expected to impact large parts of the country over the coming days. Given the potential impact, we are prepping a ramp to help those in need.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and empathy skills
  • Ability to remain calm and helpful during stressful situations
  • Must be available to work flexible hours for the duration of the program

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, claims, or disaster response is a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate support to those in distress
  • Answer questions and offer clear guidance on the process
