What You’ll Do: Provide compassionate support to those in distress Answer questions and offer clear guidance on the process What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and empathy skills Ability to remain calm and helpful during stressful situations Previous experience in customer service, claims, or disaster response is a plus (but not required) Must be available to work flexible hours for the duration of the program Why Join Us?
