About The Position

Join the dynamic team at ModWash, where the mission is to deliver a legendary car wash experience and help customers keep their vehicles clean all year-round. Guest Experience Members are responsible for the daily operations at a ModWash location. This role involves working as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. Team members will educate customers on the value and savings of becoming a member and assist them in selecting the best package to suit their needs.

Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift
Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
Respond quickly to sounds
Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
See clearly and respond to dangerous situations

Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships
Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options
Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction
Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals
Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable
