About The Position

Pinnacle Staffing is looking for a dedicated Customer service support to join once of our clients located in Phoenix AZ. The job of an order specialist is to provide exceptional customer service and timely order placement. You will proactively contact customers to ensure their needs are met and that their delivery fulfillment supports their success. Other duties that you will likely perform include handling customer inquiries and customer concerns, communicating with delivery providers and vendors to establish shipment routes, and working closely with cross-functional teams, such as logistics, warehouse, and accounts. Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm May be required to work weekends or holidays Pay rate: $18.00/hr.

Requirements

  • Ability to clearly communicate and demonstrate excellent customer support.
  • Ability to learn new software applications and computer programs
  • Ability to type efficiently and accurately; comfortable handling multiple interruptions and adjusting priorities throughout the workday
  • Ability to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) with diverse individuals and to consistently handle interpersonal situations in a professional and respectful manner
  • Excellent memory and organizational ability, in order to set priorities, organize workload, handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and meet deadlines, and sufficient arithmetic skills to perform routine accounting and mathematical computations
  • Past customer service experience
  • At least two years of related experience is required.
  • Proficient with spreadsheet/Excel
  • Good computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Support diverse customer needs including online ordering, daily route updates, and inventory adjustments.
  • Maintain objectivity when conducting outbound telephone calls to support customer dairy, juice, and ice cream needs proactively.
  • Manage escalations and expedites process in support of customer requests.
  • Provide information to prospective clients regarding the products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and accounts.
  • Coordinate with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure success for all daily operations.
  • Provide provisioning support/work order management and guidance to customers.
  • Synchronize orders in accordance with the client's policies and guidelines.
  • Monitor and process all returns according to financial requirements and ensure compliance to all Lively reporting requirements.
  • Ensure scanned invoices, PODs, and daily inventory match customer guidelines
  • Help develop scanning processes in accordance with the client's expectations
  • Other duties assigned as needed
