We are currently seeking Customer Service/Technical Support candidates for a unique career opportunity to become part of our dynamic and innovative Electronic Products and Services Team. Shifts may range from 8/9/9: 30 am to 4/5/6pm. This position is located at our Corporate Offices in Waterloo, Iowa, and will: Provide excellent customer and technical support/assistance to customers, sales and company personnel regarding electronic products and services. Perform mapping activities in support of new and existing customers. Research and troubleshoot as needed to support customers or POS management requests, issues, or concerns. Questions may pertain to web site issues, online bill pays troubleshooting, statement and message changes or additions. Be responsible for setting up new customers, maintaining existing setups, and fielding questions from customers and sales staff. Monitor all stages of our electronic products and services accounts.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree (Business, Communications, MIS, CIS or other related field preferred or 3-5 years work experience in a related field.)
  • Customer Service experience required. (Technical "help desk" experience preferred.)
  • Other experience/educational training should include web, internet experience as well as Excel and Word experience.
