About The Position

This position is for a Customer Service Supervisor at Bank of Lexington Malabu in Lexington, KY. The ideal candidate must have supervisor experience in the banking industry. The role involves promoting bank products and services, providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, and processing various transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, cashier’s checks, payments, and wire transfers. The supervisor is responsible for balancing cash, collaborating to improve bank processes, and staying updated on bank policies and procedures. They will handle consumer and business customer requests, directing more complex issues to lead customer service representatives or other leadership as needed, and demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making. Additionally, the supervisor will serve as a bank representative in professional, business, and community organizations to promote bank services.

Responsibilities

  • Cash handling working experience, Required
  • Promote cross-sell bank products and services
  • Provide exceptional service to all customers both internal and external
  • Process transactions: deposits, withdrawals, cashier’s checks, payments, wire transfers, etc.
  • Responsible for balancing cash as required by policy or process
  • Collaborate and brainstorm to improve bank processes and procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of the bank policies and financial center procedures and take responsibility to keep up to date on any changes
  • Handle consumer and business customer requests with professionalism, directing more complex issues seamlessly to the lead customer service representative or other leadership as necessary
  • Demonstrate sound judgement in decision making, abiding appropriately to established guidelines and procedures
  • Serve as a bank representative in professional, business and community organizations to promote bank services
