Responsibilities

  • Sales Order Management: Process and monitor orders using SAP SD
  • Understand organizational structure, master data, and document flow
  • Data Accuracy & Analysis: Prevent errors through precise data entry and validation
  • Apply customer-specific conditions and check inventory availability
  • CRM & Customer Information: Maintain accurate customer profiles and preferences
  • Use CRM tools to support personalized service
  • Communication & Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Guide customers through digital tools and self-service options
  • Customer Support & Problem Solving: Respond to inquiries with clarity and empathy
  • Resolve complaints quickly and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Agility & Prioritization: Handle multiple requests efficiently, prioritizing by urgency
  • Make data-driven decisions and adapt to changing needs
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest process enhancements
  • Contribute to service excellence through active feedback
