About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.

Responsibilities
