About The Position

We are looking for someone to grow with our office! Secure Path Advisory Group is seeking the right person to complement our wealth management firm in Columbus, OH. This is a full-time, 37.5 hours a week position with full benefits. This position requires an articulate, hard-working candidate with a strong capacity to handle varying work tasks with a proactive approach. We desire someone who is self-sufficient, detail-oriented, organized and efficient. They should be driven to develop a strong working relationship with our financial advisors, support team and clients. You will be responsible for client service work, meeting preparation and answering phones.

  • Customer Service Experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Administer our client process including but not limited to:
  • Prepare, organize, coordinate, and maintain client paperwork
  • Prepare documents necessary for client meetings.
  • Assist with vendor communication including package delivery and preparing outgoing mail items
  • Record notes in our client management system, complete and assign tasks and assist in creating a follow-up plan
  • Process changes to any address, phone, email and bank information
  • Generate paperwork for service work requests for existing accounts.
  • Process and record all transactions on appropriate logs
  • Set up and maintain compliant client files
  • Communicate necessary follow up with financial advisors and clients
  • Update and maintain client management system
  • Submit compliance submissions to the Broker-dealer and track to completion.
  • Enter data in AMS system for commission payouts
  • Maintain a clean and orderly office environment
  • Interact with a wide variety of companies to obtain needed information or request that certain actions be taken and follow up to ensure processes are completed in a timely manner
  • Obtain working industry knowledge and overall familiarity with relevant internal and Broker-Dealer resources
  • Answer phones, greet clients and handle incoming mail.
  • Be available for other projects as needed
  • Cross train with other team members to back up other operational duties as needed
