About The Position

Countryside Culligan water is seeking a self-driven, responsible person with an aptitude for customer relations. This position will communicate with new and existing customers, manage new customer inquiries, schedule appointments and follow-up visits, and much more. Position will assist sales team in in day to day tasks. To be a successful in this position, you should be organized, accountable, problem-solving skills, and very detail-oriented. Must have excellent communication skills and professionalism. Must be able to work well in small office dynamic. Position Summary: Provides customer service support to both customers and the organization by processing customer requests, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. Ensures that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained. Provides support for day-to-day office tasks to include but not limited to; account billing, month-end reporting, AR, customer retention, service and route management, and other tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent and excellent communication skills along with 1-3 years of experience.
  • Demonstrates passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
  • Bookkeeping / Office Experience preferred.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft applications or equivalent CRM experience.
  • Must be organized, accountable, problem-solving skills, and very detail-oriented.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and professionalism.
  • Must be able to work well in small office dynamic.

Nice To Haves

  • Bookkeeping / Office Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and execution of work orders, entering and verifying daily batches.
  • Communicates customer requests and service changes to route and service staff.
  • Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers
  • Ensuring that billing is accurate and timely.
  • Processing all paperwork related to branch operations in a timely manner, complete and professional manner.
  • Working with all departments to ensure all administrative needs are met.
  • Process of all periodic reporting required.
  • Create an Industry Leading Reputation for Countryside Culligan Water within our market areas.
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures and provides quality service to all customers.
