SUMMARY OF JOB Responsible for performing resolution oriented Customer Service support for the Healthcare Delivery Central Business Office. Receives and responds to inquiries from patients regarding Hospital, Physician Services, and Ambulatory Surgical Centers services. Processes correspondence and documents all work activity in electronic patient files. Responsible for customer service, patient billing problem solving, and account analysis, both on the telephone and in the event a patient should appear in-person at the CBO offices. Responsible to meet daily/weekly productivity and quality reasonable work expectations. Collaborates with Health System departments to achieve the HRHS CBO key performance metric targets established by Senior Leadership.
