Job Description Job Requirements EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE ? High school diploma or equivalent ? One to three years of prior experience in a Contact Center and/or logistics environment preferred ? Familiarity with packaging requirements for perishable and consumable products preferred ? Background in perishables, cold chain or related field a plus ? Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other applications as required DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS ? Strong communication, analytical, detail oriented and organizational skills ? Passion for delivering the best results for the customer ? Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment ? The CSS should be motivated, charismatic, have high energy, a sense of service, responsibility and a willingness to learn and train on a dynamic business model ? Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in areas where only limited standardization exists. Excellent conflict resolution skills. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS ?
