The Customer Support Specialist plays a vital role within our Operations team. This position is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of customer shipments, maintaining daily communication, and building strong relationships with both customers and carriers. This is a full-time, day shift position (Monday through Friday) based out of our Uber Freight Center of Excellence in Rogers, AR. The role follows a hybrid work model, offering a flexible combination of remote and in-office work. Uber Freight helps companies move goods more reliably and efficiently.
