About The Position

The Client Service Representative (CSR) is the first and last point of contact for our clients and plays an important role in creating a positive experience for pets and their owners. This position is ideal for someone who is a fast learner, strong multitasker, and comfortable working in a very busy reception environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and scheduling software skills

Nice To Haves

  • Veterinary or medical office experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and their pets and provide friendly customer service
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Manage client communications including reminders and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Process payments and assist with check-in and check-out
  • Communicate effectively with doctors and technicians to support patient care
  • Help maintain an organized and welcoming front desk
