Call and obtain customer orders as scheduled Enter customer orders into Sage 100 timely Field a large amount of incoming phone calls Respond to internal and external emails appropriately Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Be able to successfully work in an office environment and be willing and able to cross train
