About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Berlin, WI. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely support, order assistance, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working with ERP systems (preferred).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, or order‑based environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Associate’s degree or higher

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and internal systems
  • Process customer orders, returns, and account updates accurately and efficiently
  • Enter and maintain customer data in the ERP system and CRM tools
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, order status, and billing
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex situations as needed
  • Collaborate with sales, accounting, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow established service procedures
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues or process gaps
