The National Sales Client Services team is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support internal associates across Ferguson Home sales and support teams. This role involves providing timely and accurate order information, researching lead times, responding to ETA requests, and identifying purchase order and sourcing details to enhance customer experience. It is suited for individuals who enjoy helping others, working with structured processes, and thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative support environment. This position can be Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associates in Newport News, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support to internal associates across Ferguson Home sales and support teams
  • Research and respond to lead time and ETA requests submitted through internal applications
  • Identify where items were ordered, including reviewing purchase orders and sourcing details
  • Utilize order management systems to research order history and status
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners through written and verbal communication
  • Follow established processes to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely responses
  • Manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast paced environment while maintaining focus, attention to detail, and appropriate urgency
