Previous Call Center Experience Preferred As a Service Coordinator for the Service Department, you'll 1. Field inbound calls from prospective customers who need their cars serviced and schedule reservations with the Service Department. 2. Convert inbound web chat leads into appointments 3. Follow up on campaigns for declines, open recalls or customer satisfaction. In this position as the ideal Customer Service Representative, you'll wow callers with your upbeat, energetic, skillful, sincere and courteous service, so these callers will immediately feel glad they called upon hearing your voice. Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, and every other Saturday 8AM-4PM Employees in this position will be paid a base hourly wage ranging from $18.00/hr. to $21.00/hr.
