Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, with a strong background in handling phone calls and processing orders.
  • Must have experience handling customer service in a manufacturing facility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, order entry systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (or relevant applications).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and orders in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services.
  • Accurately process and enter customer orders into the system, ensuring all details are correct and orders are completed in a timely manner.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues or concerns, coordinating with other departments as necessary to provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and any follow-up actions required.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers and address their needs.
  • Perform follow-up calls or communications to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
