As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary role is to provide support and an effortless experience to policyholders. You will work with customers regarding insurance questions, policy changes, and billing needs. This is an entry level position in our contact center and provides excellent career pathways into our organization that may include additional skill building opportunities. With a detailed road map for learning opportunities and managers who are trained to coach and guide toward career development, you will be equipped with the right tools to build a long-lasting and evolving professional career. Location: This role will be 100% Remote Work arrangement. Start Date: March 2, 2026 Training Hours: Monday - Friday 10:30a.m. - 7:00p.m. EST zone (12 weeks) mandatory attendance Post Training Hours: Monday - Friday 11:30a.m. - 8:00p.m. EST zone Every other Saturday - 9:30a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST /Wednesday Comp Day
