About The Position

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative! Are you a natural communicator with a passion for customer service? Brown Bottling Group is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly, professional voice our customers hear first! Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude and a team-player mindset
  • Dependable and detail-oriented with a drive to get things done
  • 1 year (minimum) of customer service experience
  • Ability to use 10 key by touch to input data
  • Understanding of proper phone etiquette and friendly voice
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to communicate clearly
  • Ability to type at a speed necessary to accurately process a high volume of service orders in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication with negotiation skill and a positive attitude
