About The Position

Our growing organization is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or higher degree required.
  • Minimum one year experience in a high-volume customer service department environment.
  • Knowledge of produce and other food products and the motivation to continually learn on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Self-motivated, professional ability to multitask, and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain a team atmosphere.
  • Excellent customer focus and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately receive and process customer orders in a timely manner which are submitted via calls, emails, order boxes and texts.
  • Provide the highest level of service to our customers.
  • Ensure that customers receive answers to their questions in a timely manner and that all issues result in positive resolution and outcome.
  • During live calls, engage the customer using suggestive selling with the goal of increasing the order size.
  • Maintain productivity, accuracy, and other team performance metrics.
  • Maintain minimum accuracy of 99%.
  • Maintain minimum productivity of 75 lines per hour.
  • Be able to provide details of communication between customer and CSR and alert the Sales Representative as needed when new items are being requested or issues are happening at the account.
  • Additional projects or tasks may be assigned as needed.
