The Customer Service Representative (CSR) delivers exceptional customer service to internal and external customers by thoroughly understanding Copart practices and offering solutions. The primary function of this role is to obtain the release of vehicles from body shops and other locations, including residences, and to perform other office support functions as needed. The CSR serves as the initial point of contact for many customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions and support. The position may also expand to include Chat and Email Customer Support.
