Requirements
- You have 1–2 years of experience in a veterinary client-facing role.
- You’re the kind of person who can make anyone feel welcome—from nervous pet parents to excited new puppy owners.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle phones, appointments, and in-person clients with ease.
- You’re highly organized and detail-oriented—nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
- You communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally—whether it’s over the phone, email, or in person.
- You’re comfortable discussing services, estimates, and payments with confidence and empathy.
- You’re a team player who supports both clients and the medical team to keep the day running smoothly.
- You genuinely love animals (even the spicy ones).
Nice To Haves
- Have experience with veterinary software (Evet, Avimark, ezyVet, etc.)
- Are Fear-Free Certified or interested in becoming certified
- Bring a sense of humor and love being part of a fun, collaborative team
