About The Position

At Catania Oils , we don’t just produce premium edible oils—we build lasting relationships. As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the frontline ambassador for our brand, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, responsiveness, and care.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • 2 years of college preferred.
  • Familiarity with EDI systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, team-first mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales, logistics, and production teams within your assigned territory.
  • Accurately enter and manage orders received via email, phone, fax, or EDI into our company database.
  • Collaborate with Sales to confirm pricing and resolve order-related issues swiftly.
  • Coordinate with Production and Logistics to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
  • Process contracts and confirm orders to meet service goals.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to support seamless operations.
  • Stay informed on Catania Oils’ product specifications, customer profiles, and market dynamics.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
