Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Customer Service Representative at its Service Center in Riverview. This role involves providing extraordinary customer service to both internal and external customers, monitoring work volume, and coordinating with rental car and tow companies to offer comprehensive service. The representative will also need to maintain a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and load level processes.
