About The Position

The Customer Service Representative will assist the Inside Sales team with a variety of tasks, focusing on parts sales. This position will lead customers to the correct parts solution. The role offers an excellent work environment, weekly pay, and company benefits.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required and 3 years + related work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft office, Excel, and Word.
  • Knowledge of inventory or manufacturing software (ERP).
  • Ability to calculate discounts and percentages.
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming parts request from web, phone, email, and walk-in customers.
  • Directly interface with end user customers providing expertise in part products and recommend specific parts needed.
  • Identify the correct parts to fill the customers needs.
  • Build quotes as needed.
  • Process orders in relevant system.
  • Provide order status updates as requested.
  • Continually develop product knowledge to serve customers.
  • Work in conjunction with the outside sales team to grow parts sales.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
