About The Position

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfort with admin tasks and data entry
  • Willingness to obtain a NJ Pharmacy Technician license
  • Ability to train fully on‑site and transition to hybrid

Responsibilities

  • Deliver empathetic, patient‑focused service across phone, email, SMS, chat, and mail
  • Navigate customer and prescriber profiles across multiple systems
  • Adapt quickly to varied customer interactions
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with pharmacy and fulfillment teams
  • Maintain professionalism and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment
