This hiring event is for Customer Service Representative (English, Bilingual Spanish, Overnights), Customer Service Team Lead (English, Bilingual Spanish), and Customer Service Management Trainee positions. Various shifts are available with set schedules in a 24/7 operation. All positions are on-site. Uline is a drug-free workplace. Each resume submitted gets individually reviewed by our team and retained for 24 months.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree (for Management Trainee).
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills (for Customer Service Representative).
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written forms (for Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative).
  • 3+ years of customer service experience (for Customer Service Team Lead).
  • Effective communication skills (for Customer Service Team Lead).
  • Strong track record of customer-focused service, teamwork and attention to detail (for Customer Service Management Trainee).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (for Customer Service Representative and Team Lead).
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus (for Customer Service Representative).
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership / supervisory role preferred (for Customer Service Team Lead).
  • Prior leadership / management experience is a plus (for Customer Service Management Trainee).

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Representative: Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
  • Customer Service Representative: Be a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
  • Customer Service Representative: Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
  • Customer Service Representative: Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
  • Customer Service Representative: Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
  • Customer Service Team Lead: Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives in all areas including product knowledge, policies and procedures as well as performance metrics.
  • Customer Service Team Lead: Review phone, email and other customer interactions to evaluate quality, track results and provide coaching and performance reviews for increased success.
  • Customer Service Team Lead: Provide feedback to management on processes improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service Team Lead: Facilitate team meetings and one-on-one sessions to communicate policy updates, company information and provide training and coaching.
  • Customer Service Team Lead: Handle escalated customer issues and provide weekly support for customer interactions.
  • Customer Service Management Trainee: Master all aspects of customer service management through a comprehensive hands-on training program.
  • Customer Service Management Trainee: Manage and develop a team of customer service representatives by setting clear goals, evaluating team performance and providing constructive feedback.
  • Customer Service Management Trainee: Review department procedures and standards to identify areas for improvement.
