Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment.
  • Call Center & Office Experience: Preferred 3+ years of experience working in a customer focused environment or call center setting.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering customer information and scheduling appointments.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Team Player: A conscientious, team-oriented individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Character: Honesty, integrity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule with reliable transportation.
  • Tech Skills: Computer/software knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive results by conducting outbound calls and leading targeted outreach that connects customers with the services they need.
  • Bring the energy every day as you make a high volume of outbound calls with confidence, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
  • Take charge of scheduling by proactively booking and confirming maintenance appointments, ensuring customers stay on track with their service needs.
  • Boost revenue by recommending and promoting products and services that genuinely benefit our customers.
  • Create standout customer experiences by answering questions, resolving concerns, and delivering friendly, solution‑focused support.
  • Keep momentum strong by consistently hitting goals, while staying organized and efficient.
  • Document every interaction with accuracy—clear notes, updated schedules, and detailed records that keep the team running smoothly.
