The customer service rep (seasonal) serves as a sales and service representative for our online retail stores for all Elevate Outdoor Collective brands. This role will work with customers directly via phone, email to help them with product, order, return and warranty claim questions. The role helps support the increased volume of contacts we receive over the active, winter season. This role is located in Canda and will be a Hybrid role with a up to 2 days in the office.
