Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word, email, and CMS applications
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions
  • Exceptional communication & relationship-building abilities
  • Strong time management & organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and dependable work ethic
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in ServiceTitan or the home services industry (a plus, but not required)
