We’re looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our mission-driven outreach and marketing team. In this role, you’ll help bring nonprofit initiatives to life through in-person engagement, community events, and grassroots campaigns—all while making a real difference in people’s lives. This is not a call center job—there are no cold calls, no scripts, just genuine conversations that inspire action and uplift communities. About Our Organization We collaborate with top 501(c)(3) nonprofits, advocacy groups, and socially responsible brands to drive awareness, encourage action, and grow donor support. Through live events and face-to-face outreach, we create meaningful human connections that translate into measurable impact in communities nationwide. Role Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the public-facing ambassador of the campaigns you represent.
