About The Position

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our mission-driven outreach and marketing team. In this role, you will help bring nonprofit campaigns to life through face-to-face engagement, community events, and grassroots outreach. This is not a call center position. There are no cold calls and no scripts—just genuine, in-person conversations that create real impact and support communities. About Us We partner with leading 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, advocacy groups, and socially responsible brands to raise awareness, inspire action, and build donor support. Through live events and in-person outreach, we focus on creating authentic human connections that drive measurable results. What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the front-line voice for the campaigns you represent, helping nonprofit partners connect with the public in meaningful ways.

Requirements

  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are outgoing and enjoy engaging with new people
  • Have an interest in nonprofit work, advocacy, or social impact
  • Thrive in fast-paced, interactive environments
  • Are reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
  • Are 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, fundraisers, and community outreach initiatives
  • Engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and authentic manner
  • Communicate key messages about social causes, nonprofit missions, and community impact
  • Educate individuals on campaign goals and ways to support or get involved
  • Build relationships that encourage long-term donor engagement
  • Work closely with team members to support successful campaign execution
  • Uphold company values including integrity, professionalism, and accountability
