About The Position

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about helping others, especially those with experience in customer service within the financial services or healthcare industries.

Requirements

  • A candidate that has strong customer service experience in a financial services industry is desired.
  • 2-3+ years of customer service experience either over the phones or face to face
  • In lieu of CSR experience, they would also consider candidates with a Bachelor's degree
  • Type 7,000+ KPH

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and digital channels
  • Accurately input data while engaging with customers
  • Address inquiries related to insurance, claims, billing, and healthcare services
  • Maintain strong performance in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Meet attendance and call metric expectations
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, supportive culture
