Customer Service Representative
About The Position
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our office in South Austin , Texas . The main duties including handling phone calls from our customers and assisting them with their questions or concerns and working to resolve any problems they raise concerning service or billing. T his is a very fast paced position similar to a call center position typically handling 50+ calls a day. This position is a Monday-Friday, hours are Mon-Friday 8:00AM-5PM. Requirements
- Type 40+ wpm
- Microsoft Office experience
- Experience handling high call volumes
