About The Position

This position is for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves working a schedule of Monday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 8 PM, with Saturdays from 9 AM to 6 PM required every six weeks. When a Saturday is worked, one day off is provided during the week. The start date is June 15th, and no time off is permitted during the initial six weeks of training. Training consists of five days onsite, after which the role transitions to a hybrid schedule, requiring two days in the office and three days remote.

Requirements

  • Must have high volume, inbound call center experience
  • Must be able to type 35wpm
  • Cannot miss any time off within the first 6 weeks for training

Responsibilities

  • Answering calls to schedule medication deliveries and payments
  • Assisting patients with refill questions
