We are seeking an experienced and analytical Customer Service Representative dedicated to supporting one of our largest Pacific Northwest customers. This is an elevated CSR role responsible for full-cycle customer support, including sourcing, quoting, order entry, purchasing, expediting, and customer specific inventory analysis. This position is exclusively based on-site at our Stellar branch in Everett, WA. This is not a remote position and is not located at the customer’s facility. In addition to traditional customer service responsibilities, this role performs inventory data analysis, generates reports, evaluates Min/Max (up-to) levels and replenishment trends, and makes recommendations to ensure supply continuity and operational efficiency for the customer. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across departments.
