A primary function of this role involves obtaining the release of vehicles from various locations, including body shops and residences, and performing other necessary office support functions. As the initial point of contact for many customers, the CSR plays a crucial role in representing the company and facilitating a unique customer service experience by understanding client needs and providing support. The position may also expand to include chat and email customer support.
