About The Position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Process and provide the following for Stephens Insurance clients: Endorsement requests New and Renewal Business – bind, issue certificates, and Auto ID Cards Daily Certificate Requests Audits Monthly Reports Policy Booklets &/or electronic versions of policies Prepare and issue pre-renewal summaries. Order Loss Runs & prepare premium & loss summaries. Perform other tasks as assigned by members of the account team, including Account Manager, and management.

Requirements

• High school education, plus specialized schooling in a specific skill area
• Three years of experience interacting with agents, insurance companies, and policyholders
• Experience in handling paperwork related to insurance policies, such as policy applications, changes, and renewals
• Arkansas Property and Casualty license

Responsibilities

• Process endorsement requests
• Handle new and renewal business (bind, issue certificates, and Auto ID Cards)

• Conduct audits
