About The Position

QC Supply is looking for a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the customers via phone, email, and/or chat to place orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to read and understand basic English

Responsibilities

  • Accurately place orders for customers
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all time
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communication with customer through various channels, phone, email and chat platforms
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Processing customer orders
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Communicating with vendors
  • Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the correct method and tools
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
