About The Position

Our CSRs play a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer experience, from the first phone call to job completion. Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm Location: In-person at our Warrensville Heights, Cleveland, OH office Pay: $17-20 per hour, based on experience

Requirements

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, customer-first attitude and a team-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in scheduling software (training provided)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not – we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
  • Schedule service appointments and maintenance appointments
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system
  • Communicate effectively with team members and departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
